Just tried out yet another new saddle. I think it fits and I like the way it fits me. Any advice would be awesome as I am a moron when it comes to saddle fit.
I can’t see the wither clearance from those shots–all clear?
It looks as though it’s sitting very close to the withers, and I wonder if you have clearance when you’re up. Are the areas of broken hair in the rear an issue that started with this saddle? If so, that indicates lateral “shuffle”, and that’s going to make your horse back sore.
