Oh wow I’m impressed by your response and feeling a bit more encouraged!! I thought that a thorowgood would be best suited for horses with low withers but if you say so I can certainly look into them 
They offer a great selection of models, from Cob to High Wither. I really think, for that price range, they’re some of the best saddles you can find out there.
