I use a supracor half pad. Love them! They keep your horse’s back cool, they are very good at absorbing shock, they are relatively thin so don’t change saddle fit, and you just hose them off after the ride. I used to use Sheepskin, which is also good but these rock. They are expensive but last forever.

Bogie, this kind of reminds me of supracor, but it’s a full-sized pad and it’s really light!
