Good thing they broke their word and put this horse back in training. LOL. I hope Sam P. is costing them a fortune!
I happened upon this thread which was without an update from Jan 2010.
There wasn’t anything additionally published on the lawsuits Sam P in 2010 - however after that pook stakes January 10, 2010 showing you’d think they gave up, right? Hell no. If you’re that asinine you need to go all out.
Exhibit A:

So his connections took in gross revenue from purse money $15,235 (less entries fees, training, legal costs, 10% to jockey, et al). His last start shown was July 23rd in an optional claimer at Ellis Park. He finished 4th (paying $1,750), running for Nelson E. Clemmons, Lessee (listed owner) and William Bradley as the trainer.
This Triton Farms owner sounds just like another Micheal Gill. Gonna try to do whatever they want with a horse with no concern whatsoever for the wellfare of the animal. Rules, contracts and ethnics don’t apply to these types. Greed is the catagory of which they fall under. And these greedy SOBs are destroying the racing industry.
