Just wanted to tell my elf that the Christmas decorations are all batteried-up and lit in my living room! I love them. As I told you, the pillow went into use immediately and will probably remain in use post-holidays. But I did wait a bit for the other stuff, until yesterday. Thanks again!!!

Elfetta - 4 of the 6 boxes arrived yesterday! The wrapped presents are all under the tree - and the buckets will come in handy as I was just about to order new ones since we’re moving to a new barn!

Another hint. Your sleigh will most likely be departing from my office, so don’t be alarmed if you see an odd shipping label. I will include COTH in the address so you know it’s not a bomb. Can I say that? Did that just get me on a list somewhere? Oh well. This elf likes to live on the edge.

Woot! Managed to finish my SS shopping today. Just have to pick up one thing and pack and should be able to send it out by the end of the week.

Postal service seemed to fail
if not all packages have come in the mail.
Hopefully the other two will come
and then go ahead, open, and have some fun.

So…I forgot my elf name and password from last year so I apologize to my giftee that I haven’t posted any messages for you or I would have given myself away :(. My kitty Sophie is super happy to have a new stocking! We just got stockings this past weekend, but they are all hung by the fireplace in the living room and she lives in my bedroom away from the beast dogs. Now she has a stocking in her room! She’s a princess and deserves two stockings 
My health-nut DH tore into the cookies immediately. He was super excited when he saw them b/c they are apparently his fave (note to self…) I have tore into the chocolates already 
Milo will be happy to have the bonnet! He’s a bit of a diva about bugs and I admittingly don’t put his bonnet on often enough for him b/c the strings annoy me…but this one has no strings! Yay!
The rest of the goodies are great as well! For me giving you a pretty crappy description, you did awesome.

Already threatened my boss with the potato salt-rising bread. I’m going to take that one in to work to put in the library for the season so everyone can look at it and get ideas! Some of the recipes are later 1800s so it’s good for the settler’s cabin OR the farmhouse! A lot of people are going to enjoy using that one! Meanwhile I’ve got pork loin, I’ve got white beans, and I think all the spices, so might be some Costa Rican pork with beans going on down here!
