Secret Santa 2015 - Share your stories & Thank your elf!

I know the feeling, J-Lu. My own box is tempting me as well. The wait is killing me!
Ugh, yes. I’m usually an immediate-opener, but I’ve decided to wait this year. My package isn’t even here yet and I’m tempted.

Oh ChocoMare,

Two more packages for you. The package from my helper will be marked just like the last one. It is unwrapped, open if you dare.

The package from me has you real name on it. There are two presents in side. One you can open if you please and one from Santa that is extra special and is marked not to open till Christmas.

I hope you enjoy!
Ohhhhhhhhh, I love the ornament, especially since it benefited WASART. Way cool. It’s actually hanging from my mantle, since I don’t do a real tree (Kitties would climb it) LOL

I’m being GOOD and have placed the last package to the side to await Christmas Eve, after church.

Thank you!!!

Yay! My elf was terrific! Whitening shampoo and stain remover for my gray, apple candies for him (that his mom & dad might eat), and several grooming tools I’d been wanting to try! No idea how she knew that part…but I guess elves are magic, right?

If it’s the brown box, open pronto…it’s perishable. The second arrival in the white USPS priority box you can wait on.

Patiently waiting word from my elf to see when I should be looking for a package!!!
We’ve had some extreme weather here at the North Pole - snow, ice, wind, rain, roads washed out, UPS refusing to drive up the track to toy center. Your package will ship out tomorrow. Your patience is very much appreciated!

Dear Unfforgettabe,

Thank you so much for the gifts. I am an inpatient recipient, and opened everything. The cheese is awesome! Even better it is local to you, and made in your hometown.

Your candle is burning as we speak and the pups really enjoyed the treat.
Your stationary is beautiful!

Thank you again and Merry Christmas!

Stay warm and safe my elf! Just want to be sure the Scrooges in my area have not swiped a box off the porch!

Elfetta - the last box arrived today - apparently it made a side trip to Puerto Rico between CT and MD

Hello my elf! THANK YOU!

i fully intended to wait and then came home to an unexpected box. I thought it was something else and so opened it. What a gorgeous saddle pad!!! And the stall sign, so cool. Mike is going to rig it so I can use it at home and at shows. Everyone else will be so jealous!

Elf - the box has arrived. Should I open or can I wait till Christmas? So far I’m being good and waiting. I’m having christmas early so won’t have any presents under the tree for actual Christmas.

P.

Callista17!!! I was going to wait, but the box was so big!! THANK YOU!!! I needed a grooming tote so badly but never got around to ordering one. It was getting extremely annoying carrying all of the brushes and things down to the Mare.

I’m going to be mean and make the furry ones wait for their treats until Christmas. So at least some of us will be surprised on the big day!

Also, those arrowheads are beautiful! Where did you find them?

Thanks again, you made my night!!!

Dear flashwhitelock

Just a heads up that a package will arrive in the next week to your house…you’ll scratch your head and think “I didn’t order anything from that place!”.

Never fear! I had to do a re-order and didn’t have time to send it to the factory to get it wrapped so it’s something from me and not wrapped. Open it if you want otherwise, shove it under the tree and wait for the big day!

The rest will be sent tomorrow so hopefully they’ll all catch up with each other at your box!

Ho, ho, ho,

Your elf

One Two Three

The sleigh is away! Expected delivery is Saturday. Everything is wrapped so it is safe to open the box. The wavy striped packages have edibles so you might want to keep those away from the dogs. This elf was up 'til midnight doing the wrapping and was drinking straight from the bottle by that time (it was soda but it was a 2 liter bottle!) so my wrapping technique was not the best.

And I sent you some snow! Sort of.

Teehee Meanie.

There’s a store about an hour away that has arrowheads. They said they are from Arizona! I liked that little dish too- hope it made it. I wasn’t sure Piper was Pipers name, so I called her a mare.:frowning: lol

I hope you get a lot of use out of evrrything . Tried sticking with the color scheme;)

Pretty cool stuff that WASART does. They just helped in this high profile rescue.

Did you receive your present from my second elf helper? It would have contained wood…

Yes, the dish did make it!! I love the colors in it, perfect fit:) No problem, I’m sure Piper will not be offended as long as I stuff lots of treats in her face. Ha! Thank you again, it was so very thoughtful and I know I will get a ton of use out of everything. The Mane & Tail lotion is sitting on my desk as we speak. How did you know my cuticles were so dry and gross???

YIPPEE!!! I’m so excited Elf!!! I love the straight from the (soda) bottle drinking! Hehehehe! Can’t wait can’t wait can’t wait!!!

Seabreeze!! Thank you so much! I was so excited to see the beautifully wrapped package when I got home from the barn tonight. Then I noticed your address and thought, that seems familiar!

Thank SO SO much for the lovely gifts! SO and I really enjoyed reading your card - your description of your little town sounds a lot like our hometown, since we are also originally from the seacoast. I love the ornament and SO was pumped about the salmon dill seasoning  But the best surprise of all was saved for last - the beautiful saddle pad and matching fly bonnet!! I cannot tell you how long I have coveted a fly bonnet. And one that matches my chevron orange saddle pad?! You really pegged me perfectly. When I opened the fly bonnet I cackled with glee for almost 5 minutes. I could barely explain to SO what it was for - he thought it was a weird hat. I can’t wait to see the look on my poor trainer’s face when I show up to my next lesson with my mare all decked out! (P.S. Maresy has been rehabbing well, but now has an abscess so will be getting time off over Xmas).

Thank you so so much for my absolutely perfect gifts! I really enjoyed being reciprocal elves with you this year  Merry Christmas!!

No word from my Elf.
I imagine them to be a super busy human, just like me.

I’m enjoying reading about all of the cool prezzies everyone is getting.
By now my giftee has her goodies under her tree. She is not opening til Christmas, which I admire?? ANYTHING I get will be torn into immediately!
Christmas is not a good time of year for me, which is why I sign up for SS. It feels so nice to shop for someone I don’t know…for someone with similar interests…and to make someone I don’t know but would probably really like, happy.
Merry Christmas All!
