I was driving home, and thought…maybe today…then I opened my porch door and YEP!!! A package!!! I let Snoopy and Savannah out, then gingerly opened the package with scissors (jacket still on of course). Loved the card, saddle pad, and the cookies and dog treats!!!
I am excited. Jaspie had his second massage today, and she said…key with his is WORK. WORK HIS BOOTY! So now we have a new saddle pad. Thanks! I can use it for years to come!

Oh…my…goshhhh!!! I thought the horse treat bag was a designed bag! I just came out to do chores, brought the treats (they each had two BEFORE dinner:/), and I saw the song written on the bag- TOO CUTE!!!

I’m so glad you liked your gift (and I’m glad it got there sooner than later). I got the pad from Dover (an all-purpose will fit with your jumping and dressage saddles) and brought it to a local shop for monogramming (that’s why it took so long, they’re a locally owned shop that does monogramming mainly for local Universities). We poured over what threads looked the most “cream”. (I thought it would pop better than black). We also contemplated fonts and styles, I liked that one because one can recognize the letters easily but was still “script-y”- i hope you like it, too! I wanted to get you something that was personalized and that you would use with ALL of your horses and was in your barn colors. Truth be told, a COTHer got me a monogrammed pad maybe 7-8 years ago and I still use and love it (even though it was for my mare and my gelding has to buck up to a black pad with pink monogramming).
Treats? Well, everyone loves treats!

I just want to say that the giftee to elf matches seem to have been perfect for a lot of people this year.
My elf was fantastic. A true kindred spirit, we’ve both found! I’m SO happy I decided to do SS this year. I’m hooked now. I haven’t even opened my gifts yet, but just making new connections, and new friends in the spirit of the holidays has me feeling SO at ease.
Thank you Murphy’s Mom (even though I’ve not yet opened anything) and Chocomare for putting together such an awesome thing. It’s made the holiday a lot more cheerful, and finding another kindred spirit is always amazing for me!!!
Wow! What a delight opening my gift from my elf tonight! I’m overwhelmed by all the wonderful, thoughtful gifts!
All the soaps, sprays, waxes, etc., are perfect! Great selection of scents for me!

The journal, notepads, and calendar are great, and the handmade cards are just lovely, I send hand written thank you notes as well as cards for my nieces and nephew, these are perfect for that!
My cats have already played with the mice and will love the treats and catnip spray.
The walking stick will be very handy for hiking!
And the necklace is perfect! I’ll be wearing it to work tomorrow.
I’m sure I’m forgetting something, it was such a bountiful box!

UrbanHennery, my package arrived today and was a wonderful treat on a rainy day! The bookmark is perfect and I’ll think of you every time I use it (which will be lots!) I can’t wait to use the soap and bath salts, they smell so good. The saddle soap will be perfect to keep in my closet for cleaning my dress shoes. I look forward to enjoying the cherries with a glass of wine, which I can then work off with my yoga and Pilates DVDs! And the horses will love their treats!

Oooooh! My elf wins a gold plated horse shoe! She got me an absolutely perfect organizer for the door of my horse trailer. For those of you who don’t know me, I don’t have a barn and I have an allergic husband. So, absolutely everything has to stay in my trailer. Space is at a premium and this is perfect for the door, an oft under-utilized space. Perfection!!! Thank you.
