Selling a Hulsebos saddle

I definitely do not trust PayPal as a seller - they’ve taken probably $5,000 from me over the years, separate from their transaction fees which were probably over $100k. They have a super long User Agreement that favors PP. They can withhold a crazy amount of money from your account if they feel you’ve “violated” their policies and there is very little recourse. In my case they did not like the product I was selling and said it was against the UA. Bear in mind they made their commission on my sale and the transactions in question went fine, no returns or reversals. But they froze all the money in my account and subjected me to 2 $1500 “fines” to justify keeping the funds. This happened across 2 different paypal accounts to the tune of $5k.

About 15 years ago they updated their UA to limit you to only be able to file for arbitration - you could not sue them in court unless you opted out of the arbitration clause. That window has long closed to opt out. They are not a bank - they do not fall under the same banking regulations in the US as a standard bank - you are in Sweden so I don’t know if the same is true in your country.

I know what I am doing and still lost a bunch of money. That is one of the reasons for an international transaction or a Facebook marketplace transaction that I want a form of payment that cannot be reversed.

Out if curiosity, what form of payment can’t be reversed unless you only take debit or wire transfers?
