IMO, I agree with Laurie and you need to send your films to a board-certified surgeon for a second opinion. You’re not far from Ocala Equine - Dr. Lugo and Dr. Madison are both boarded surgeons there, and they do lots of race/sport horses so they have experience with this type of injury.
I would do this ASAP…
