Clear Round for the Netherlands!

Opps I’m too slow

Holland is the former name for only part of the Netherlands so it’s not exactly the same thing.

Not Corinne but my mother-in-law is Dutch… :)[/QUOTE]

My Dutch husband (still Dutch citizen but has been living in the states for 10 years now) almost always says Holland as the typical everyday name. If he doesn’t use that he says Nederland. We were in Holland during the world cup a few years back and the whole country was singing Viva Hollandia so they don’t seem too touchy about it, at least where his family lives, which is not actually in the Holland region.

I used to find it confusing too, then he pointed out there are a lot of “names” for the U.S. too.

Really sucks for Reed. :frowning:

Com’on ERIC!!!

I missed Reed’s ride because of the issue with the streaming. Grr. Epic fail by NBC.

Eric, two down. Inside spread triple combo and a vertical at the end.

Damnit

Any mention of the Brazilian rider, Jose Reynoso Fernandez Filho? He was supposed to compete before Reed.

Scott Brash: CLEAR!!!
Move over Whitaker and Nick! Your backs are covered in UK!!!
What a future UK show jumping has with Maher and Brash!

bummer for Reed and team USA. Can’t wait for Flexible, but it’s looking rough.

YAYAYAYAYA TO SCOTT BRASH!!!
