Now you are on to something…enabler!
Dooooooo ittttttttttttt
My husband built a “table” that is tall enough (about counter height) for the trash cans to slide under. I have scoops, feed buckets, and the few supplements I feed on the table, and the feed is in bags stored in the trash cans. Each trash can is large enough to store 2 fifty pound bags. I have a strip of duct tape on each lid that identifies what is in that can. Most of the “work” I do is at counter height and within arms reach, with little bending over except to scoop feed, and I never have to pick stuff up off the ground.
I got one of these tuff stuff feed/seed storage bins at TSC and it holds almost two bags of feed. The top twists on and then the handles lock it tight! So far its being stored outside under a tarp and it stays dry and no critters have messed with it!

I JUST bought the smaller version of this one for cat litter trash–it’s a really nice can! Lid locks super solidly. Had never seen them before and was pleasantly surprised to find it!
