I have soaked more hay than I would like to admit to, Wet hay is heavy to me. Even after draining.
It sounds like it is not heavy for you.

You could always install a winch somewhere to lift the hay out and then drop it on a cart or wheel barrow.

I’m a stout thing (lol at the stupidity I’ve accomplished by being stubborn) and it’s shocking how heavy the hay is when it gets even a tiny bit of rain on it in my waist-high feeder.
