Has anyone stayed at Southern Cross Ranch in Madison Georgia with their own horses? Any information you can give me would be great. How are the stalls, the grounds, is there turn out etc? We are thinking about staying there and riding at Hard Labor Creek, A H Stevens State Park and Watson Mill Bridge State Park.
The owner posts here as OveroHunter. While I have never been a friend was there for a conference and said it was great. We keep saying we’re going to a couples weekend there but haven’t managed it.

I’m actually the owner’s daughter in law so I have the luxury of living there and getting to enjoy it while working full time in the corporate world 
A somewhat recent article in Southern Living described our barn as the Ritz Carlton for horses. We have a beautiful, large 40 stall barn. Each stall is 12x12, you have access to our large arena with full jump course, wash rack, and of course 6 miles of trails over nearly 400 acres.
We’re about 25 minutes from Hard Labor, 40 minutes from A.H. Stephens (have you been there? It’s not my favorite…), and Watson Mill is a bit more of a hike. Probably at least an hour, but it’s good for a day trip.
Let me know if you decide to come (or have already been there since I’m about two months behind on this).
