I gave my girl extra attention and grooming. She was not a huge foodie and would not have eaten extra if I gave it to her but she did seem to enjoy that extra love. I would likely not have made it a regular habit to feed extra of something on given very much of something she wasn’t used to as that kind of thing can cause colic. If you are going to do something like that, do it day of.
I think you have been given a good bit of good advice. My heart goes out to you. I was just there a couple months ago. Such a hard decision for us but a loving gift to them.

I don’t know if this is exactly what you’re looking for, but my mom worked with Horsehair Creations by Celia to customize a silver bangle bracelet with my sister’s horse’s tail hair. She was easy to work with and the bracelet is beautiful.
