I was so disappointed to see this. We’ve lost so many important events recently and wish there was even just the slightest interest in taking inspiration from successful models like Burghley and KY that offer an elevated experience for competitors, as well as even casual spectators
This is separate- I imagine Ruppert (the landscape company) is running the irrigation for the 5 star course themselves. The turf track (not the 5 star course) is being watered all spring/ summer long for no reason but you can barely run 2 hoses at once at the 4H barn
