The ad that was run for Vallado was done before we reached an agreement to stand him. He will be available fresh this year and does cross very well on larger mares. We are super excited to have him and have been surprised at the requested breeding we have already! So excited.
Vancouver D’Auvray
I have an Indoctro mare here who was bred to Vancouver D’Auvray. He is a smaller stallion by Heartbreaker. Vancouver has a very good temperament and a very good show record. The colt here is very nice: excellent conformation, good movement with a brave and quiet temperament.
I did want to add that I had a Paparazzo baby here out of a 16.3hh mare, and he is now over 17hh.
We have a really lovely but very small (15.2hh) mare by Chaka Khan at work. She’s out of an Anglo mare who was even smaller, though, so it might be that he doesn’t add much height but maybe wouldn’t take it down much either.
If I had a huge mare I would go JUPITER all the way! I watched him show with SS and WOW, he is incredible and I believe he throws that jump. I think he is 15.1-1/2
The ad for Vallado (also known as Praise) was done before we made the deal for him to stand at Silver Creek for the 2014 year. He is being offered with fresh and does cross well with larger mares. (Which is why we imported him in the first place.) We had since sold him to Kelley, who sold him to Selma, but we are very very excited to have him back at Silver Creek for the 2014 year.

Navarone is 16-2. Usually they are around that height or a bit more with bigger mares. Super jumper too.
