Thanks! She is doing alot better, actually.:yes: I went out to soak her hoof, and she was putting weight on it, and walking nicely. So for the rest of the week, that’s what we’ll be doing until she gets a shoe on.:yes:

HL laying in bed with tissues on her chest dying from some ebola like cold/flu/malaria type thing and with her throat feeling like she swallowed a cat… UUUUGGGGG KILLL ME NOWWWWWW!! sniff sneeze cough On the bright side I did corner one of the docs last night to give me a script for some antibiotics for whatever crud I have since she thought my tonsills appeared to be swolen but swabbed negative for strep (yippee) There are some perks to working in a hospital and having friends in the lab:yes:

I feel almost the same way, sans the snot visual. I have 2 grants due: one yesterday, and one in a few days. Both grants were formatted and completed and the first grant was at Grants Admin (the only ones allowed to okay it and push the submit button) by Thursday AM.
They called yesterday at 1 (grant is due in at 5, or I have to wait 3 months for the next submission date) to tell me I need to change a font style. Okay, done. Then they want me to take out a link to a URL. Okay, done. Then, at FOUR FREAKIN O’CLOCK!!! they want me to change the font size for the entire body of the grant. It does not matter that I have used the same formatting as before, and the grants have been successful. No, no, they are convinced the font size is 10.5, not 11. In attempting to change and reformat all the enormously sized figures (in terms of bytes, not dimension) adobe breaks down and loses all the saved formatting so the pdfs come through as the original size.
The grant got in at 20 seconds before 5 PM, no joke. We were freaked it went past page limits at that point.
Then I went to Pilates, an advanced class (makeup, not that I belong there).
So you can imagine how forward and open I was riding Ted that night. Not.
At least there was no snot.
