Sweaters over polos/show shirts

The St. John’s Bay sweaters from JC Penney - they’re almost always on sale for around $15. (and they come in Tall! Yay for long enough sleeves!!)

JC Penney, cable knitt sweaters are around $13 and they last and have lots of different colors.

Do you live near a consignment shop? For whatever reason the consignment shop (Plato’s Closet) at home and at school both have a surplus of Polo brand cable-knit sweaters every winter. I can pick them up for $20 and they are beautiful, functional, and indestructible.

Just a quick FYI…

My mom just told me that she was shopping at Costco yesterday and they had really nice sportswear-type (fitted) merino wool sweaters on sale for $23. They don’t come up on the website, but I think I’m going to make the drive out tomorrow to check it out. You can never have too many riding sweaters

J Crew looks amazing over a Le Fash NY show shirt! The combination always looks so classy and polished! www.lefashny.com www.jcrew.com

empeventing, please stop bringing up all these OLD posts just to plug the show shirt. It’s getting old.

Also, LeFash is terrible.

Stop trying to make LeFash happen, it’s NOT going to happen.

They’ve pulled up shirt threads across a couple of different disciplines on here to plug their (?) shirts. I used the handy dandy little triangle to report it

True life I have never seen a LeFash shirt out in the wild. And I see allllllll the trends at my local show series (you can’t spit without hitting an Ogilvy pad these days.)

Do LeFash shirts even exist in the wild?

They’re garbage. GARBAGE I TELL YOU! Capital G, arbage.

I like Ogilvy pads…but once again, I think people are using them to be fashionable and not because their horses need them. See also: EAR NETS. (Oh god, there’s gonna be a fight now!!!)

Did you happen to notice that our BFF has been spotted using her Ogilvy again after the brief fling with the Ecogold sponsorship? Scandal!

(I’m pretty sure I’m the only person who notices these kinds of things.)
