I understand this is a followup post to your initial post, and I am terribly sorry you are experiencing issues with your saddle. We absolutely stand behind our products! If you are having an issue with the tree in your saddle, we urge you to contact us immediately (800-674-8258) and we will begin the warranty process. We will perform a tree evaluation, and if needed, the saddle will be returned to our shop in the UK for a tree replacement. This is no cost to you, and we will always provide a Loaner Saddle at no charge during the warranty repair process. We have no record of you contacting our main office, or one of our representatives, to begin the warranty process, and posting herein is not typically a way for us to know you need service. We have no record of you contacting us since April 1, 2023. At that time you contacted me (via email) and indicated that you were very happy with our fitter and the saddle fit. That was our last communication. I am very disappointed that you chose to post herein before giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. This post, as well as your original post as BlackDiamond, do not reflect how we strive to do business and how we thought you felt about the level of service we provided you. Had I, or any of our valued fitters, known you needed service or maintenance, we would have promptly addressed your concerns. We continue to be of assistance, and if you give us the opportunity, I am certain you will ultiamately be pleased. I urge you to contact me as soon as possible.
