ETA: My guess would be the forum is not something the chief editor does not worry about. I would think that is why there are moderators.
But what the heck would I know! Still trying to get paid here!

When occasionally individuals contact the editorial staff and/or main contact forms, instead of the moderation staff, regarding perceived issues on the forums, the information is forwarded to the moderation staff for review.
