You can order Pikeur with confidence from Amira. Much cheaper with the exchange rate.
Iāve tried the Romf Sarafinas and the āGrand Prixā by Horze, and believe it or not I like the Horze a lot better (blew my mind because they were the less expensive option). The fit was comparable, but the fabric on the Horze is heavier which I think will make them more opaque as well. I also have white Piper full seat breeches and white Euro Star knee patch breeches. I find them both to be quite sheer, but both have back pockets which disguises the problem a little bit.
Struck breeches are worth every penny. The material is a perfect weight. Not heavy and hot but not see through either. Smooths out any little ripples or lumps without feeling tight. Wash remarkably well, resist stains and the silicone holds up well. The fit is a bit generous. If you wear a 30, I suspect you will want a 29.
Quick, check the clearance section of the Struck website. Whites in your size, clearance priced $99.99 Canadian dollars. Killer deal !!
I totally just ordered them! You canāt say no to saving $200 on a pair of breeches! Even if I donāt like them, I can get more money back on them on resale. Thanks for the heads up!
Rompf and Equiline (the latter is insanely pricey but Iāve had mine for 3 years and they have held up and donāt show dimples)
Update!!
The FreexRein breeches came in and I just tried them on. Holy jeez are they amazing, guys!
Fit like a glove, thick and controlling fabric, plus really well made with stitching and details. Canāt wait for the Stuck pair to get here!
