I don’t recall the individual breakdown, I could look it up if I wanted to dig. Total for the project including paddocks, stalls, arena and some additional fencing was under $70K. But we did a lot of the work ourselves. The material cost of the Hoof grid was definitely a large part of the project.
Mr nhwr would rather improve the property than pay board. He figured with 3 horses, we’d recoup the cost in less than 4 years.
