In Holland they will excuse a stallion in the selections if they are over jumping as they consider it dangerous.
I’ve watched VDL free jump their 2 year olds coming in from the field for their selection on who to go on for training. You will find that there is a lot of natural talent there. Some of them just learn it from good jumping training and wanting to be careful.
I know VDL has no interest in bringing horses over here to sell in a big venue like this if they have had bad training. They care way too much about their reputation to do that.
