Does this look like it fits or might fit with some tweaking? Obviously the saddle pad is enormous on such a small pony. I need a smaller gullet size too. Saddle is a 16.5 inch Thorowgood pony club with exchangeable gullets. Current gullet is the orange one (wide).
I could also try him in a wintec but didn’t experiment with that one yet.
It looks too long. You don’t want it to sit farther back than where the last rib meets the spine.

Yep, you want upswept panels. I think Thorowgood makes one if that’s your price point.
Is the rider a 16.5? That’s important too.
gullet is too high. Looks like his withers are pinched with that orange bar. I would try the next size wider one.
agree with punchy that the saddle is too long for the pony.
