Well that might explain why Elizabeth hasn’t come back with more thoughts or an update. :winkgrin: I was curious to hear back from her.
Believe it or not, what helped me were squats. I have TIGHT hip flexors and I got a personal trainer to train me according to loosening hip flexors to ride and optimal position. My hip flexors caused me to rotate my toes out when I rode. Well six weeks with him and it was night and day. Trainer and I were very pleasantly surprised.
When I first started I couldn’t even squat with my heels on the ground.
We did a variety of squats and he stressed CORRECT form, so that may help you as well.
