Tortious Interference.... Legal beagles out there?

facility manager has been advised to tell trainer’s clients that trainer is not allowed on premises due to owner’s personal grudge.

who told the facility manager. If the relationship split is this old and previous contact has been civil, why now.

I would say trainer needs to hear it direct from the facility owner.

and then yes, look towards association board and rules.

It would be great if the OP would come back and clarify some of the points brought up.
Is there an association to get involved? Was the trainer told personally by the facility owner and given a reason?

Tortoise Lives Matter!!!

OP:
Are the clients adults?
Would it be at all possible to go to the show sans trainer?

“Back in the Day” I did attend a couple rated H/J shows (@ Ledges in Rockford) w/o having any trainer sign my entry or coach me on the grounds.
But then, I was never a Pointhound & just went for the fun*.
*which did not preclude me placing well & gaining points as horse & I were registered with the assn & showed with our #.

Or could Banned Trainer ask another pro to assist the clients who still wish to go to the shows held at this facility?
Seems too petty to involve lawyers.

Unless it’s a restraining order, trainer should just go to the facility and let the owner decide to make a scene and throw them out. This whole thing is ridiculous.

A Tortiously Tortured Tortoise for your Tortuous Scrutiny

There once was a Tortoise so rare

His shell’s beauty beyond all compare

He won all of the shows

Took home all the blue bows

Till his peers deemed his asset unfair

Their lawyers cried “This it is Tortious”

The ensuing drama was so dull and Torturous

His shell extraordinaire

Became such a badge of despair

The Tortured Tortoise chucked it and went around bare
