what size pill though? All meds really should be talked about in terms of gm or mg depending on the drug. Trazodone can be 25mg, 50mg, 150mg

They’re 100mg
My mare was getting 32 pills (100mg) a day after her pasture mate died (from old age). Even the vets were surprised by how much she needed to keep from completely melting down. Thankfully I was able to find her another companion horse fairly quickly and she was able to come off the Trazadone but I firmly think it kept her from hurting herself or developing ulcers.
