Has the horse been tested recently for Cushings? Another of our horses had a bad bow that didn’t heal as expected; we tested him for Cushings, started Prascend, and the next ultrasound was greatly improved. “Weird soft tissue stuff that doesn’t heal” is a common occurrence with Cushings.
