When kids play it, here are the basic rules:
- Tagging
Players try to tag other players while avoiding being tagged themselves.
- Freezing
When tagged, a player must immediately freeze in place and keep their hands out in front of them.
- Unfreezing
To unfreeze a player, another player must give them a double high-5 or tap their hands three times. The player unfreezing cannot be tagged while doing so.
You could teach your dog to “freeze” when he’s tagged.

One thing my guy loved was “target”.
I’d put him in a sit stay and then hold up something and tell him target (usually a post it note because it sticks to stuff easily). Then I’d go put the target on something in the house, come back to him and tell him “okay”. He’d find the target, boop it with his nose and then come back to me and sit for a treat. He seriously loved the target game

I do I different version of a target game. It’s more like a container search where he has to find a pint size container that has cinnamon in it. He searches the whole house and then whacks it with his paw when he finds it.

I might have to try the container one with my guy who is very food driven
I originally taught my Cane Corso the target game so I could teach him to push the door shut (he knew how to open it to come in and was always leaving it wide open and letting cats out 
)

I trained mine to find the cell phone for me - very handy.
