Tucker Saddles/Gel Cush Seats

Thank you, I’m looking forward to trying it. I do great in the treeless on the other 2 but on that youngster who is full of spring folly, I just don’t know. She’s not terrible but just little jumps and spooks might unseat me at this point. I’ve been recovering from the hip trauma for months. I’m having camera troubles right now but I’ll try to get it straightened out and get some pictures for you.

Yes, I need a super padded seat to minimize damage to the soft tissues. Right now it’s just an idea, I am going to be purchasing a cart and harness soon so there goes my excess money for a while.

I looked at the Plantation but I read a thread on her that it can put you in a chair seat?[/QUOTE]If you want a super padded seat, look into the Gen II line of the Tuckers. They have added a memory foam layer on top of the Gel-Cush and the seats are insanely comfortable.

The tree issue mentioned earlier, if it’s the one I’ve heard many people complain about in the regular Tuckers, has been removed in the Gen II line.

Unfortunatly for me, it just BARELY doesn’t fit my boy, so I’m on the search for another saddle while I try to sell this one.

My hubby bought a Tucker Eq. End. about a year ago for his paint and LOVES it. Tucker was very helpful and we had all of our questions answered within a week of sending in our tracings. It is a bit scary to make such a large purchase without being able to try the saddle on, but the custom saddle fit his mare (and him) spot-on! Even his trainer was impressed with the quality and comfort.

For clairificaiton, the tracings were of the mare only, not hubby:winkgrin:
