I would use Equishire, Aloe, and I think wedgewood offers compounded ulcer meds? Perhaps add misoprostol. What was the thought on hind gut ulcers? Abler is the other source of ulcer meds.
I get not scoping. In a horse with a known history of ulcers it can be a waste of money. It’s about $500 here and that’s better spent on medicine sometimes.
