Clanter seems to have the best info. Don’t know where he’s getting it but I think latest is it’s down until sometime next week.
Still, COTH is being very welcoming and allowing us to shelter here while our “barn” is being repaired. Very gracious of them!!
You know, the longer you stay away from home the more inviting the world becomes. This is a great BB. Thankyou for giving us refuge…your pastures are just as green as ours…and you have all been gracious. Come on over to our place and we will show you the same.

I 've been reading this thread for a while now and am impressed with you’all undying love for UDBB- but since you’re all here- hogging up the server time- can you please explain what it is that makes UDBB different…that would be an interesting discussion- hopefully in a nice and productive way.
What do you all enjoy there so much? Personally I find COTH more liberal and allowing to express my opinion- which is a huge requirement for me- and makes me really love COTH.
I sometimes read threads on UDBB and there are some very knowledgable folks over there regarding dressage training- but it has a very different dynamic.

I generally lurk in both boards . I like UDBB because it is mostly dressage, and maybe because, for the most part, I went there first and found them receptive. There is wonderful info to be found in both forums. I find for the most part every one generally shows repect for one another ( there is the odd one that does not deserve any response). It is all for the good of the most important subject… the horse! I am anxiously waiting for the return of UDBB though.

But haven’t you already explained it to an extent? The dynamic is “very different”. How would you define the difference? And I rather feel that this difference would be defined diffrently by each individual participant as it is so completely subjective. If I read your post correctly-- and really I might well be in error (not hugely clever), you feel that this board is more liberal/tolerant/welcoming to the different styles of expressing opinion? I’ve never felt inhibited on the UDBB re my opinions… but rather have always felt a huge willingness to try to understand and help if poss… I haven’t spent enough time here to comment on the differences so can’t explain why one board inspires my loyalty when another might not; as I wrote it is hugely subjective but I do feel that you can best answer the question you asked and I’d really be interested in reading your answer.
