do have to allow for due process as far as hearings go.
I too agree with the “same show” penalty. Here our show season is only April to September for those who do not head to Cali or FLa. For trainers who get caught at both local shows and then a winter show, that could be a pretty good string of suspensions.
She displayed poor sportsmanship and horsemanship.If you have a bad ride, you get up and leave the arena as gracefully as possible (barring serous injury of course) and move on. The show is not the place for a meltdown
