I hope the treatment is a huge success! Heβs such a handsome guy
Sending you all the jingles!
Jingles for your boy. I hope he responds to treatment
Unfortunately it can take quite a while for hormones to come down when older stallions are gelded. I may have missed how old this guy is but even in a long 2 year old or 3 year old, it takes about 2 months or so for some of the behavior to fizzle out. So even if he could withstand the stress of it, it still wouldnβt have an immediate impact.
Unfortunately, we had to lay our sweet boy to rest this evening. He started bleeding again this afternoon and I knew it was time. He was an extremely sweet, well behaved stallion and one of the most personable horses Iβve had the pleasure of knowing. He had a tummy full of carrots and a mouth full of grass. He passed fat and shiny knowing love and kindness for the last three months of his life. I so wish I could have done more for him
Iβm so sorry. I was thinking of you all yesterday and was going to ask for an update. What a lucky boy he was to have you as his person for the last three months.
Iβm heartbroken for your loss. Thank you for doing right by him.
Iβm so sorry for your loss
What a beautiful, sweet face he had.
Iβm sorry your journey with him did not have a happy ending. But you showed him love and kindness the last few months of his life, and thatβs a testament to your character.
Iβm so sorry for your loss. Thanks for all the love and care you gave him. He was lucky to find you.
Iβm so terribly sorry for your loss. He was a beautiful boy and lucky to have you at the end. [[[Hugs]]]
Iβm so sorry. Thank you for saving him from worse. That last photo is just beautiful. It made my heart break for you.
I am very sorry for the loss of this beautiful kind boy. The world could use a few more people like you
Iβm so sorry.
Thatβs a beautiful photo of a handsome man.
I am so sorry for your loss.
