Do you know if a decision has been reached with the civil case as far as dismissal or anything?
It is not an instantaneous ruling from what I have been told.

This is totally off the subject but I am envious of any of you who are in the southern part of the US during winter. I hate cold and snow and I also hate avalanches on the metal roofs of indoor arenas especially when your horse is already goofy. Good times.

Alas, I was out all day swashbuckling, mucking Buttercupās barn, and attempting to banish some wayward R.O.U.S.es back to the Fire Swamp, and wasnāt aware of all the bother the bellicose Iberian was brewing up.
Iām starting to suspect that he wonāt be slinking back to the Thievesā Quarters until the Brute Squad turns up to disperse the peasants away from this spectacle. Why else would he repeatedly post his new refrain: āHello! My name is Inigo Montoya! You kĢµiĢµlĢµlĢµeĢµĢµdĢµ ĢµmĢµyĢµ ĢµfĢµaĢµtĢµhĢµeĢµrĢµ reserved judgment about someone who didnāt, in fact, kill my loved ones and hasnāt had his day in court! Prepare to ĢµdĢµiĢµeĢµ be pestered by uninformed legal opinions, mixed messages about my relationship to aggrieved parties, declarations of my own authority, and jibes about your intelligence and/or character!ā
He was certainly better with snappy mottos when he was driven more by the noble cause of ātrue loveā and less āto blaveā.
I still maintain that he is likely to lose interest in this farce of a fencing bout if nobody bothers to parry his wayward sabre swings.

I honestly donāt care but doesnāt COTH frown upon speculating about identitiesā¦ā¦and donāt they frown harder when the speculation is clueless?
But on another note, Eggbuttā¦ā¦I donāt know much about the court system or motions to dismiss.
Do you know if the hearing was held yesterday and what happened in the matter of Barisone vs. Washington Township?
