no problem when I found the thread all I could think of was Show Horse Nationals has Dressage??? Then I realized it actually is Show Horse Finals not Show Horse Nationals and it clicked that they thread was about Sport Horse Nationals.

EVERY YEAR. Nampa too far. Lexington had rings too outside or something…and I forget all of the rest.
This indicates that the rule change proposal came from Licensed Officials and Alina is head of that department. The list of committees below is just where USEF would put the comments from the various committees as they came in. I’m not sure those comments are available to the general membership.

The one active FB Arabian group I was in is not too active anymore so I am not privy to the newest drama. My current FB friends who show are mostly drama free so it is nice.
Except that dressage clinics are typically 1 rider, and the language does say that the exemption only applies to clinics where you ride in a group. So while H/J is less impacted on this bit, dressage is strongly impacted. I’ve only done clinics in dressage, I’ve never shown recognized in dressage, but if I wanted to make the switch, this would be a factor.
This is why it’s important to have input from every direction.

Combined driving clinics as well, and probably at least some portion of eventing.
