My horse had COPD, really bad. We were very lucky in that he responded perfectly to Ventipulmin. All of his symptoms went away and he was able to return to full work (whereas without the Ventipulmin he could hardly breathe just standing still). He was also able to eat hay again with no problems. Again, we really lucked out with this medication but like anything else, it doesn’t work for everybody, unfortunately.
