So who is training Tory at Chantilly?
I’m guessing Ken Berkley, he was there showing.

That’s great to see! and great to see that Lillie Keenan too won a class (1.40m) at her first international show over the weekend in Ascona, Switzerland. They are showjumping’s future stars for sure!
I saw that! She’s also jumping her first Nations Cup on a senior team! Lillie and Tori both have very bright futures ahead of them, that’s for sure!
It’s been such a joy to watch them grow as riders. They’re both phenomenal young women.
I heard that Tori no longer rides with RE. Her mom is helping her in Europe (and at KY), and when they come back both will be employed by Heritage.

No offense, Alterrain, but I recall you posting some rather sensational rumors last year that turned out not to be true, so I don’t think I’d post something like this unless you KNOW it’s correct.
I know the trip to Chantilly was something she won, but I hope she’ll be able to gather sponsors and catch rides that will fund her continuing to compete internationally. She is such a great and humble rider for our team and I’d hate to see her not reach her full potential because of financial restraints.
Ken was in fact in Chantilly to train Tori, to say otherwise is silly IMHO.

That’s not true! She’s still with Ken and Scott. In fact Ken’s training her in Europe. Proof is right here in this article: http://www.startinggate.ca/latestnews/Press_Releases_2014/07_28_14_Artisan_Farms_Young_Rider_Grand_Prix_Series_Winner_Victoria_Colvin_Captures_Chantilly.html. I don’t know where you heard that Tori and her Mom will be with Heritage when they return from Europe but as far as I know they’re still with Ken and Scott.

Thanks for posting that article. How wonderful that Artisan Farms offered this tour as the prize to the top finisher for their Young Rider series at WEF!
Congrats to Tori on all her success, both past and future.
COTH article; http://www.chronofhorse.com/article/colvin-conquers-chantilly (pretty much taken from the one above).
So glad for Tori !
It is very generous of Artisan Farms and The Dutta Corp. to offer such an incredible prize. I can’t think of anyone who deserves it more than Tori.

I heartily agree. I hope that Miss Colvin’s talent (as well as her being an all around good egg), will allow opportunities for her to show internationally.
She can do it, and I can’t help but believe that the owners of some excellent jumpers will continue to support her.
