Vitamin E?

You’re talking about this?

http://www.kppvet.com/elevate-concentrate/

It’s powdered? It’s analogous to the Santa Cruz powder. There’s nothing magical or special about it other than the cost

$.36 for how many IU?

I just read a bunch of the posts from this and earlier Vit E threads. Seems like Santa Cruz Vet E comes highly recommended and was the least expensive way to go. So I went to their website and saw this:
[h=2]Santa Cruz Animal Health Satisfaction Guarantee[/h]
We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, simply return the unopened item along with the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for replacement, exchange or refund.

It makes me wonder how you can not be satisfied with a product if you never “opened it” and tried it. Never heard of a Guarantee like this before. Makes me wonder. Has anyone ever tested their product to see if it actually contains what they say it does? Playing devil’s advocate here as I want to start my horses on a Vit E supplement but want to know what I’m getting.

Have you had your other supplements and feeds tested to ensure you’re getting what the label claims? Most of us are okay with trusting the various companies we purchase from.

I think it’s @Bugs-n-Frodo who works at Santa Cruz. Perhaps she can answer your questions about the guarantee.

Simkie,

No I don’t test my supplements but I was just surprised to read their return policy that states (loosely quoted) “if not satisfied with product, return the UNOPENED product for a full refund” I was questioning how you could be unsatisfied with a product that you didn’t even try.

Thanks @Simkie - Its me who works for SCAH. Close

Black Points - If the product is unopened, we ask you return the unopened product in order to receive your refund. We often get customer who call and say “I decided I don’t want this” - we aren’t going to give a refund for those products until they are returned. For opened products, we don’t want them back. In those instances, a refund will be issued to your card. Please feel free to call or email with any additional questions.
