Update.
Just talked to Liz at the Sporthouse. It seems they don’t process the credit card until the order ships (NOT when you place it). In the 2 months since I placed my order my credit card renewed and now has a new expiration date.
The result of this is that my order has been sitting in a “orders with problems” pile. Liz was very helpful and has re-entered my order.
If anyone else had their card renew since placing the order - call the company.
