No idea what OPs competence and experience is but describes herself as a young adult so can’t show anything except Open. That might limit possibilities unless she’s very capable at 3’+.
My barn did WS at WEF but they came from the client group or via other trainers referrals. They did not ride client horses for billable schooling rides until they proved themselves on sale and “investment” horses and no tips were expected or recommended, the WS rarely even saw the clients and were not involved with the show ring crew, stayed back at the barn.
Kind of depends on the expectations of those looking for a WS gig and what they bring to the table experience wise.
