Same thing, and same breed IIRC, just with different names for the AKC. Jack Russell was a Parson, hence the name? I know there is a backstory behind this, perhaps a more learned and knowledgeable COTHer will share the details…

IIRC, the Jack Russell people are the anti-AKC group, the Parson Russell are the ones who wound up in the AKC.

I feed raw to my dogs and cats. Most show people I know feed raw or mostly raw.

That dobe is asking for that win, but the irish is going to give it a run for it’s money.

I cannot say the general audience was enthralled with their decision with the Pekingese. Although my parents had one named ‘Little Joe’ until my sister was a tot.
