The Freisians I have known have just super temperaments. They’re really fun to work with. Although I will say they are super WIDE. Not at all comfortable for my shorty legs and messed up hips to ride
Friesians have two problems…anhydrosis (high in the breed) and endurance…turns out the breed has the smallest heart relative to size of horse of any breed. This impacts their ability to really be athletes. TBs and Arabs have huge hearts with the athleticism that shows it, Freisians—nope.
