(Still grumpy over no Godiva rabbit)
One must always believe. What if we quit believeing in all these wonderous figures? Would we like have to grow up?
Now there is a fate truly worse than death. I will have you know I have a Christmas stocking that was hand knit for me by my mother. It has NEVER gone empty on Christmas. Mind you I am 50 yrs old, the rule is “Have sock, will travel”.
As for the TB thing, well I finally have one that qualifies as well behaved, but I did pay my dues with a few that wouldn’t qualify.
In answer to the age question, I don’t think even after my death I will quit believing, for people will say, “Remember that wacky lady with the really old Christmas sock???” And see, my belief will live on.
The Tooth Fairy! Now he is for real - just brought me an $800 crown!

I’ve never met a well-behaved OTTB but I do believe in the Tooth Fairy. Go figure.
Say it isn’t so!!! He visited me last night anyways…hahaha. And as for the well-behaved Thoroughbreds, I have living proof of that one.

To steal a phrase from the Cowardly Lion: “I do believe! I DO believe! I DO, I DO, I DO!”
You mean there’s no easter bunny?
