Employment issue
When is a full time barn/ranch worker considered to be an independent contractor or an employee whom the barn owners/employers are required withhold for SSI , taxes etc
Long time worker has a regular schedule, 6 days a week, does all round horse and barn care with maintenance and projects.
Is an agricultural worker considered differently than non-agri. Can he/she just be given a check or cash?
