I worked with a CWD rep to buy my used saddle and she never charges me for any of her visits (to try out saddles to buy,nor to check fit if I feel my horse’s muscling has changed), nor adjustments I don’t believe.
Love my Antarès! Never tried a CWD but don’t feel the need. We have had 3 Antares over the years and they have all worked out really well with fitting the horses and ponies. To me it is the most comfortable saddle. My daughter loves hers as well.
