What would you wear for dressage test: 95F?

Aeris, I actually wore that same Romfh shirt once, and after my test, the judge said to me “you know I could DQ you for wearing that shirt. They are supposed to be a solid color”. ???WTF Some judges can be on such a power trip.

Really??? Omg!! I’ve worn this shirt multiple times and never had a problem. Some judges just get so crazy with clothing rules :eek:

Then again, I’m more of a “spirit” versus a “letter” person when it comes to that sort of stuff lol

Well this judge seems to have had a pretty ridiculous reaction to a rule… the rule actually states:
“Competitors may compete without a jacket. In such cases, shirt - long or short sleeved with collar and without neckwear, of a conservative color, neatly tucked into riding breeches.”

In my opinion, white and a soft blue fall well within the conservative color guidelines… It doesn’t say solid, conservative color. But maybe this judge saw “A” conservative color to mean only ONE color may be used on the shirt. Pure silliness IMO.
