What's the deal with bedding these days?

Do you scrape it out of your paddocks on occasion or just top it up? I would think that much organic matter would break down and create a mud situation.

My mare is a paddock pooper so I find I lose paddock footing slowly but steadily as I pick out every day. There is drainage, landscape cloth, and rocks under and we get close to that. It works to let the footing get sparse over the summer and then top up for the rainy season.

I used the Contact Us form on their website to see if they had any distributors in New England and didn’t get any kind of a response . . . .
