What about the old chokers with the teeny tiny button hole in front? I remember fighting to get that anchored down onto my shirt’s button. Or the velcro in the back of the choker that got snagged on your hair net? Ah, those were the days!
Yes, yes they do. And they come with a choice of sometimes garrish designs, like embroidered squares inside of diamonds inside of… other squares.

It’s not an issue with the mesh jackets, I haven’t worn a long sleeve shirt since I switched to mesh.
And this is from a person who never owned anything BUT long sleeved shirts with regular lined jackets because there’s nothing more uncomfortable than sticky acetate lining on sweaty arms and this includes the subsequent heat stroke from wearing a long sleeve shirt and a (summer weight) wool lined jacket in the dead of summer in Florida.
