Love my Woodford. We originally installed a big box hydrant. It only lasted three years before it needed to be repaired and that is with only three horses, so not a ton of use. The Woodford does have a smaller range of motion and is a bit tighter to turn on and off. If it breaks the plumber can fix it

They are also the most expensive.
